Ribeira Sacra wine tour

This fantastic wine tour takes you to the Ribeira Sacra and its heroic wine production, as the vineyards are located on very steep slopes of the Miño and Sil canyons in some cases with 80% inclinations.

Here the wineries are fairly small and the winemakers are normally the same people that work on the fields pruning the vines and doing the harvest. A very interesting area with many Romanesque monasteries and nice viewpoints as the monks were seeking solitude and isolation. This tour also offers the possibility of a small cooking class making the typical “Empanada Gallega”
